BeneUSA makes sure all information is complete before sending it out to various carriers. When we get the quotes back, we enter all of the information into an excel spreadsheet. This makes it easy for you to compare products and rates without having to flip through multiple proposals. We also provide you with each carrier's full proposal upon your request.

Sold Cases

BeneUSA manages all sold case procedures including applications, licensing, sold case submissions and tracking the acceptance process. This allows you to be continuously informed of the status of your group. We also assist you with all ongoing customer service and administrative needs.


BeneUSA requests renewal information 60 days prior to the anniversary date. By doing this, we ensure that you have ample time to discuss the renewal with your clients. This also give us time to consider other carriers, should the need arise.
